With 15+ years of experience in leading organizations including Atlas Copco, Normet Finland, GR Infraprojects, and EF Mining, he has developed deep proficiency in HEMM operations and maintenance, equipment reliability improvement, and large-fleet optimization. Over 80% of his field experience comes from working across major mines of Hindustan Zinc Ltd. (Vedanta), giving him an exceptional understanding of Vedanta’s work culture, operational philosophy, and world-class safety practices.
