Dr. Diksha Pandey is a structural and economic geologist with a strong foundation in academic research, applied mineral exploration, and geoscience education. As the Founder Director of Georidge Research Innovation and Development Pvt. Ltd., she provides strategic leadership in research planning, academic–industry integration, and capacity building in geology and allied earth science domains.
She holds dual postgraduate qualifications—M.Sc. in Geology and M.Sc. Tech. in Applied Geology—and a Ph.D. in Structural Geology, with doctoral research focused on the geology and structural architecture of the Dhar–Badanga–Badi region, Udaipur District, Rajasthan, India. Her work integrates structural analysis with economic geology perspectives relevant to mineral exploration, deposit evaluation, and regional tectonic understanding.
